SUP stands for Stooth Up Paddling, it's the way to enjoy the weather and surroundings while still being busy.
Below we have laid out a few SUP routes for you. A beginner supper will go about 3km/hour, an advanced one can go up to 12km/hour.
What to bring.
We recommend you to wear comfortable clothing and bring dry clothes. From the SUPpening itself you will not get very wet, but of course you can always fall off your board into the water.
You can SUP barefoot, special SUP shoes or sneakers. The advantage of bare feet is of course the simplicity but when it is a bit colder SUP shoes or sneakers can be nice.
