- Tick when you want to automatically add buffer time to the booked blocks. For example someone books two blocks of 3 hours, 10.00-13.00 and 13.30-16.30. Before you start filling out this page think carefully about what you want to earn, whether there are days when you want to be cheaper or more expensive, whether a booker will get a discount if he books 3 or 4 blocks?

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Google Calendar Synchronisatie<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>\nWat kun je ermee?<\/h3>\n
Met Google Calendar synchronisatie worden boekingen direct in je Google Calendar gezet. Dat is erg handig want zo kun je reserveringen altijd op je iPhone\/Android of iPad\/Tablet zien.
Op het moment dat je zelf een activiteit in je agenda zet (ongeacht hoe je die noemt), dan worden de producten die aan die calendar zijn gelinkt geblokkeerd voor dat tijdstip. Je kunt dus een activiteit aanmaken voor de middag (van 13:00-15:00) die je “Ik ben er niet, blokkeer mijn verhuurboten” noemt. Je kunt ook een activiteit aanmaken voor een hele dag, een weekend of een reeks van dagen.<\/p>\n
Google Account<\/h3>\n
Bijna iedereen heeft al een Google account. Je hebt het nodig voor GMail, Youtube, een Android telefoon, Google Zoeken (opslaan), Google reviews te geven \u00e9n Google Docs. Soms is je Google account hetzelfde als je GMail adres maar dat hoeft niet, het kan ook aan een ander email adres zijn gelinkt als je geen GMail hebt.<\/p>\n
Hoe in te stellen?<\/h3>\n
Op je Android telefoon\/tablet is je Google account al ingesteld. Op een iPhone of iPad moet je dit zelf nog toevoegen onder: Instellingen -> Agenda -> Accounts -> Nieuwe account -> Google.<\/p>\n
We raden aan dat je een aparte calender aanmaakt voor je producten, anders worden bepaalde dagen\/tijden al direct geblokkeerd door de activiteiten die in je agenda staan. Een nieuwe calender maak je eenvoudig aan via deze link<\/a>.<\/p>\nGa in het Verhuur Portaal naar het product wat je wilt koppelen aan je Google Agenda en klik op ‘Google Calendar Sync’, klik dan op de knop om vervolgens de authorisatie te geven (mogelijk moet je inloggen) zodat we reserveringen voor dit product kunnen synchroniseren met je Google Account. Als je weer terug komt op je product pagina, ga dan\u00a0weer<\/strong> naar ‘Google Calendar Sync’, nu moet je namelijk nog selecteren met welke calendar je het product wilt synchroniseren. Druk daarna op\u00a0Save<\/strong>.
Zonder dat je een calendar hebt geselecteerd \u00e9n hebt opgeslagen wordt je product niet gesynchroniseerd met je Google Calendar.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n

Met Google Calendar synchronisatie worden boekingen direct in je Google Calendar gezet. Dat is erg handig want zo kun je reserveringen altijd op je iPhone\/Android of iPad\/Tablet zien.
Op het moment dat je zelf een activiteit in je agenda zet (ongeacht hoe je die noemt), dan worden de producten die aan die calendar zijn gelinkt geblokkeerd voor dat tijdstip. Je kunt dus een activiteit aanmaken voor de middag (van 13:00-15:00) die je “Ik ben er niet, blokkeer mijn verhuurboten” noemt. Je kunt ook een activiteit aanmaken voor een hele dag, een weekend of een reeks van dagen.<\/p>\n
Google Account<\/h3>\n
Bijna iedereen heeft al een Google account. Je hebt het nodig voor GMail, Youtube, een Android telefoon, Google Zoeken (opslaan), Google reviews te geven \u00e9n Google Docs. - Buffer period is the time in between two bookings, for example time you need to clean the boat before the next booking or to allow for overrun. Set how much time you want between two bookings here. Display time in minutes? Under 'Booking options' (first tab) show the time under 'Duration' in minutes.<\/li>\n
- Tick when you want to automatically add buffer time to the booked blocks. For example someone books two blocks of 3 hours, 10.00-13.00 and 13.30-16.30. When you check this box the time of the total booking is automatically adjusted to: 10.00-16.30 (and not 10.00-16.00). This way your buffer period remains the same length.<\/li>\n
- Tick if you want to set a buffer period before AND after an entry. Unchecked? After the booking, a buffer period is applied with the time specified at 4.<\/li>\n

- Specify how far in advance you want to stop receiving new bookings. For example: no more new bookings one day in advance? Select: 1 day.<\/li>\n
- How far into the future may your product be booked?<\/li>\n
- Buffer period is the time in between two bookings, for example time you need to clean the boat before the next booking or to allow for overrun. Set how much time you want between two bookings here. Display time in minutes? Under 'Booking options' (first tab) show the time under 'Duration' in minutes.<\/li>\n
- Tick when you want to automatically add buffer time to the booked blocks. For example someone books two blocks of 3 hours, 10.00-13.00 and 13.30-16.30. When you check this box the time of the total booking is automatically adjusted to: 10.00-16.30 (and not 10.00-16.00). This way your buffer period remains the same length.<\/li>\n
- Tick if you want to set a buffer period before AND after an entry. Unchecked? After the booking, a buffer period is applied with the time specified at 4.<\/li>\n
- This field has everything to do with your calendar which is visible to your booker. Select 'Default available'? All rules you create (at the bottom of this page) will then be an exception. So your product will always be available except for the period you are creating a rule. Not available by default? Your product is only available when you create rules. (see 12 for more information)<\/li>\n
- All the blocks that are booked?<\/strong>\u00a0The start and end time of a booking is within a certain time limit. For example: My product is bookable between 9:00 and 21:00. Customer books my product at 6pm and can select up to 9pm as the end time.
\nJust the starting block?<\/strong> You can book the product within a certain time but the end time may be outside of that. For example: My product is bookable between 9:00 and 21:00. Customer books my product at 6pm and selects 11pm as the end time.<\/li>\n- Tick if you want to make the product available only on certain days.<\/li>\n
- Select the days that your product IS available. (Works in conjunction with previous question)<\/li>\n
- From what time do you want to receive bookings? You can make exceptions to this with the rules below.<\/li>\n

\nWat kun je ermee?<\/h3>\n
Met Google Calendar synchronisatie worden boekingen direct in je Google Calendar gezet. Dat is erg handig want zo kun je reserveringen altijd op je iPhone\/Android of iPad\/Tablet zien.
Op het moment dat je zelf een activiteit in je agenda zet (ongeacht hoe je die noemt), dan worden de producten die aan die calendar zijn gelinkt geblokkeerd voor dat tijdstip. Je kunt dus een activiteit aanmaken voor de middag (van 13:00-15:00) die je “Ik ben er niet, blokkeer mijn verhuurboten” noemt. Je kunt ook een activiteit aanmaken voor een hele dag, een weekend of een reeks van dagen.<\/p>\nGoogle Account<\/h3>\n
Bijna iedereen heeft al een Google account. Je hebt het nodig voor GMail, Youtube, een Android telefoon, Google Zoeken (opslaan), Google reviews te geven \u00e9n Google Docs. Soms is je Google account hetzelfde als je GMail adres maar dat hoeft niet, het kan ook aan een ander email adres zijn gelinkt als je geen GMail hebt.<\/p>\n
Hoe in te stellen?<\/h3>\n
Op je Android telefoon\/tablet is je Google account al ingesteld. Op een iPhone of iPad moet je dit zelf nog toevoegen onder: Instellingen -> Agenda -> Accounts -> Nieuwe account -> Google.<\/p>\n
We raden aan dat je een aparte calender aanmaakt voor je producten, anders worden bepaalde dagen\/tijden al direct geblokkeerd door de activiteiten die in je agenda staan. Een nieuwe calender maak je eenvoudig aan via deze link<\/a>.<\/p>\n
Ga in het Verhuur Portaal naar het product wat je wilt koppelen aan je Google Agenda en klik op ‘Google Calendar Sync’, klik dan op de knop om vervolgens de authorisatie te geven (mogelijk moet je inloggen) zodat we reserveringen voor dit product kunnen synchroniseren met je Google Account. Als je weer terug komt op je product pagina, ga dan\u00a0weer<\/strong> naar ‘Google Calendar Sync’, nu moet je namelijk nog selecteren met welke calendar je het product wilt synchroniseren. Druk daarna op\u00a0Save<\/strong>.
Zonder dat je een calendar hebt geselecteerd \u00e9n hebt opgeslagen wordt je product niet gesynchroniseerd met je Google Calendar.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
